1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the platform operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. under the Roobet brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register and use the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. The operator reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
Each user may register only one account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts found to be duplicates, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
The platform accepts cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in supported currencies. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier. The operator is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses or on incompatible blockchain networks. Withdrawal processing times depend on blockchain confirmation and may be subject to KYC verification.
5. KYC and AML Compliance
In accordance with the Curaçao gaming license and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, the operator may request identity verification documentation at any time. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account restrictions or closure.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiration dates are specified per offer. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at its discretion. Abuse of promotional offers may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
7. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games on the platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. The operator reserves the right to void bets and reverse winnings in cases of technical malfunction, software error, or suspected manipulation. Players must not use automated software, bots, or exploitative strategies.
8. Sportsbook Terms
Sportsbook bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies. The operator reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started (unless live betting is explicitly offered), on obviously incorrect odds, or in cases of suspected match-fixing. Maximum payout limits apply and are published in the sportsbook terms.
9. Responsible Gaming
The platform is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Tools available to players include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players experiencing gambling-related issues are encouraged to contact support or seek help from external organizations such as GamCare or BeGambleAware. Self-excluded players must not attempt to create new accounts.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and trademarks — is the property of Raw Entertainment B.V. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, unauthorized account access (where the user failed to maintain credential security), or cryptocurrency value fluctuations. Maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the incident.
12. Account Closure and Suspension
The operator reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or extended inactivity. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be made available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
13. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be directed to the support team through live chat or email. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the licensing authority in Curaçao. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.
14. Changes to Terms
The operator may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
